Anon, Sasuke IS male lover. It's not your headcanon. That's how Kishimoto wrote him. He wrote Sasuke as someone who simply doesn't reveal any romantic interest in any miss throughout the manga, he doesn't even particularly tolerate their touch.
He doesn't fancy it when Sakura hugs him. Every single time they are shown hugging, it's Always Sakura who basically pounces on him. Sasuke never once returns the hug. Why would he? He never wanted it in the first place.
He doesn't show any amorous interest in Karin either, despite Karin's blatant sexual overtures. If he were a straight dude, one would predict him to hold gotten the meaning of Karin's over the top sexual interest in him and would own reacted in some way that would have shown his own interest, IF Kishi wanted to show him linear. But he just looks puzzled. And too damn uncomfortable.
And then he basically tells her the same thing he tells Sakura - to keep away from him.
Canonically, he doesn't show idealistic interest in any woman. It's only Naruto that he is comfortable with, physically.

In the Naruto series, one of the things many fans often wondered was whether Sasuke was gay. And it runs deeper than shipping or fan fiction because the story featured him rebuffing a lot of women, especially as he got older. But because there wasn't any content per se that alluded to a taste for men, many felt he was just too dedicated to the mission to have second for romance. Still, while it may have been that designer Masashi Kishimoto dared not tread water with such a well-liked anime character at a moment, there was enough subtext for the speculation to exist.

What you said doesn't assist your case in any sense. Naruto's parents were killed right after he had been born, and on top of that he had kyuubi sealed inside of him which made all of Konoha despise him except a select few such as; Sandaime, Iruka, Jiraiya, the ramen guy etc..
Also, no girls threw themselves on Naruto, but he still showed interest in some of them, but when some threw themselves on Sasuke he didn't donate a rat's ass. Honestly, he should have been greatful for the attention he got, while Naruto on the other hand to fend for himself and bust his ass to earn recognition and still not be liked by some people dispite the fact that he saved their asses.
You're also saying that Sasuke can't multi-task which is fulfill bullshit. He would've been perfectly capable of focusing on his revenge and atleast showing more affect for Sakura, who was willing to do anything to get Sasuke to stay.
