The 35-year-old singer sat down with Jason Lee on his podcast for his media outlet Hollywood Unlocked and shared various details about his life, career, and the rumors surrounding his time with B2K.
Growing up, Raz B says he was a usual kid who loved video games and sports. But, he says things took a turn for the worse when his mother got with a guy who was doing 25 years to life. At that point, he says his life of going in and out of foster homes began. “When you’re in foster care and organization homes, this is before; this is under the age of 13. So, these are the years that I’m starting to evolve. So, between, appreciate 8 and 11, that’s when I seen my whole start to transform because my mom got with this dude who was doing 25 years to life,” he said.
“Then I just see my being start to transform. Now, I’m in foster homes, now I’m in organization homes. Then before I come out of a collective home, a year later, I’m going to live with my cousin. Ya know, I move through that whole stuff. So, you know I still feel the equal innocent kid is in me, and that’s the part I protect the most.”

Raz-B was the initial antagonist in the exchange, calling Brown out for disrespecting Rihanna. Brown responded instantly, accusing the singer of looking for attention and having a sexual history with his former manager and bandmates. But Brown’s language was far more insulting and pretty much devoid of tact. Raz-B came back by alleging that Brown was a closeted gay man on “the down-low.”
Not long after taunting Raz-B with mean-spirited gay jokes, he insisted, “I’m not homophobic! He’s just disrespectful!!!” Later on, he declared “BTW… i love all my gay fans and this immature act is not targeted at you!!!! love” This afternoon, the singer sent a formal apology to TMZ.

Chris Brown to Sue Raz B for Claiming He Is Homosexual in Novel Memoir?

Chris Brown, 23-year-old Grammy Award-winning singer, may be filing a lawsuit against former B2K singer Raz B for claiming that he is a homosexual.
Brown is upset that Raz B is alleging that he is gay in an unreleased book titled The Boy's Life, according to the New York Daily News. In the publication, the former B2K member reportedly also ousted the alleged homosexuality of rapper Bow Wow and singer Ray-J in the memoirs.
Raz B reportedly became upset with Brown after the two engaged in a public Twitter feud last year which ended in accusations of homosexuality.
