"I hold this issue in my life that I cannot come across to shift - what can I do?"
Sound familiar?
In this 90-minute online Circle, we’ll slow down and shine a light on how we’re relating to key areas of our lives — from dating, sex, and friendships, to work, family, and purpose.
This is not a lecture or a webinar. It's a live, facilitated experience for homosexual men who need to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll create a brave and nonjudgmental space to:
- Tune into where you might be stuck in reactivity, defensiveness, or old habits
- Notice how you respond when things don’t travel your way — do you battle, freeze, blame, repair, avoid?
- Explore the difference between reacting unconsciously and relating from awareness
- Witness and be witnessed — you’ll never be asked to share more than you’re pleasant with
You don’t want to have any been in Circle before. In evidence, this is offered for the men in this organization who were unable to make the live events. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to take a deeper look at how you present up in your life.

What to Expect:
- A short grounding practice
- A simple model to explore your patterns

Why is this project needed?
The CIRCLE study (2022-2024) was developed to address the issue that many older LGBTQ+ people tackle significant barriers and inequalities when engaging with social concern services in The UK. LGBTQ+ position for lesbian, queer , bisexual, trans, gay, and other marginalised sexual orientations and gender identities. Previous research shows that care providers severely disregard LGBTQ+ identities and relationships, as well as their relevance for concern needs. As a result, the older LGBTQ+ population has become invisible, are hesitant to access to services, and face poorer health outcomes than their heterosexual and cis-gender counterparts. Care providers lack the skills and confidence to improve their Diverse inclusive care offer.
The CIRCLE project builds on previous study conducted in similar care settings, and extends this by examining different ways of supporting residential care providers to be more inclusive for LGBTQ+ residents.
